This is the page where you will find my policy on ‘Blog Comments’ and a few other matters which I feel led to discuss. I welcome readers’ comments, and find them to be a great tool for fellowship, for leaving feedback and for iron sharpening iron, so, feel free to leave your comments. That said, however, there are a few things you’ll need to understand.
This is my blog, I am intolerant, and I have an agenda. Truth is, we all are intolerant of certain things and all have an agenda…we just don’t all express these things publicly. My agenda is to love what the God of the Bible (YHWH) loves, and to hate what he hates. He loves people, but hates apostasy, sin and lukewarmness. It is my intention to love people in the midst of hating apostasy, sin and lukewarmness (in myself and others).
With the help of the Holy Spirit, it can be done.
You’ll not likely find “fairness” and “balance” here, but hopefully, even if your toes are inadvertently stepped upon, you will sense that it is done in love. While I never intend to purposely offend, I realize that it will happen, sometimes for no other reason than that I use the Word of YHWH freely. You see, His word will never return void, but will accomplish that which He pleases. Friend, what He pleases is not always to ‘love up on us’ in our present state, but often to discern the thoughts and intents of our hearts …and that isn’t always pretty or pleasant.
My writing and your comments will need to reflect Father’s heart for people by being respectful (even in the face of disagreement), loving and kind. Feel free to ask questions and to share your heart. Just know that, being that it is my blog, I reserve the right to delete anything that I deem to be hateful, disrespectful or unloving in any fashion., because no one needs that. Please know, also, that walking in the light is a biblical principle, and that Anonymous comments are understood by this writer to be from the accuser of the brethren, and will not likely be addressed. Also, I sometimes hold a comment in moderation until I pray over a response and have time to answer well.
This is why I left HomeschoolBlogger and HomesteadBlogger in the first place…I wanted more freedom to say that which I feel led to say without being under the authority of anyone but my husband and YHWH Himself.
If you are looking for freedom of speech…get your own blog. :) And let me know, so I can come read it, too.
